Ogden City is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Proposers to construct and install a baggage conveyor or carousel and an oversized luggage chute at the Ogden-Hinckley Airport. Contract Start Date To Be Determined This exhibit includes a performance specification and a concept plan for the baggage conveyor and oversized baggage chute. The location of the system will be in the new terminal addition project, that is under construction and will be completed in October 2025. It is the desire of the airport to have the new baggage system installed assoon as possible after the new terminal addition has been completed. A walk through of the project will be accommodated with the non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and can be accommodated on a case by case basis by others that may individually request a site visit. The project will be funded by an FAA grant, which requires that the procurement meet the Buy American, Davis-Bacon and other federal requirements which are detailed herein.
