CR Number: 2124100 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 20% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 10% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% sealed bids from qualified general contractors for eight (8) separate building-rehabilitation contracts along Montcalm Street, Ticonderoga, NY MWBE-certified and Section 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to participate. Only firms on (or pre-qualified for) NRDC's Approved Contractor List will be eligible for award. All work must comply with the 2020 NYS Uniform Code, ADA Standards, and HUD/EPA lead-safe & asbestos regulations. Parapet & new roof membrane o Historic windows / signage / lighting o Outdoor seating area o Common-area paint, lighting, flooring o Construct (2) 2-BR & (1) 3-BR apartments o New plumbing, mini-splits, lead testing & clearance Bid Period: 3 weeks + 1 day (closes July 23 2025) Insurance: Contractors must carry Workers' Compensation (eligible project expense if secured before mobilization).
