The Essex County Land Bank is seeking proposals from qualified civil engineering firms and land use attorneys for the subdivision, utility planning, permitting, and legal preparation of Lot 130, located on The Portage in Ticonderoga, NY. The goal of this project is to fully subdivide the property into four buildable lots for the construction of single-family CrossMod homes. The selected team will prepare a complete development package, including utility connection plans, permitting, legal filings, and subdivision approval through the Town of Ticonderoga and Essex County. A. Civil Engineering Services Site survey and existing conditions mapping Subdivision design and lot layout for four homes Road access and driveway design Water and sewer connection plans, including tie-in to municipal infrastructure Stormwater management (SWPPP if required) Erosion and grading plans Utility coordination (electric, telecom, water, sewer) Preparation of a complete site plan and subdivision plat Submission of all required documentation to the Town of Ticonderoga, Essex County, and NYS, as applicable Attendance at public meetings and coordination with local departments Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 20% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 10% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10%
