The purpose of this document is to outline tasks required to convert a former medical office building space for use by the Ticonderoga Police Department for administrative purposes. The work area has been generally been cleared of walls and fixtures that are not relevant to the work required. Space reconfiguration is outlined in this document. There are four separate components to the project. Civil -(includes structural-general construction) Electrical Plumbing Mechanical (HVAC) Contractors should read carefully the work required in each room of the renovation as it outlines what craft work is required in each room. For the following work: Building improvements to an existing office building located , in accordance with plans and specifications, including general construction, electrical, plumbing and mechanicals necessary to convert existing office space to use by the Town of Ticonderoga Police Department.
