Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:April 2028 Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Apple Valley (Town) is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced construction management consultant (Consultant) to provide the professional and technical services required for Construction Management Services for the BRLS-5453(018) - Bear Valley Bridge over the Mojave River, Br. No. 54C-0086. The professional construction management services include, but are not limited to, inspection, survey quality control, environmental monitoring coordination, materials testing, and administrative services during construction. Work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Town, Caltrans, and Federal standards and standard practice. This is a Federal-Aid project and therefore Consultant shall be required to comply with all HBP/Federal and Caltrans requirements. Town reserves the right to accept, reject, and evaluate any and all proposals, and to change the scope of this RFP. Any proposal that is submitted becomes the property of the Town. The Town will not be liable for nor pay any costs incurred by Consultant in preparation of a response to this RFP or any other costs involved including travel.
