Job Location 14999 Dale Evans Parkway, Apple Valley, CA 92307 COST ESTIMATE: $250,000.00-$300,000.00 Bid Intent Not Available The Project generally consists of providing the necessary labor, equipment, and materials for the resurfacing and restoration of the swimming pool at the Apple Valley Aquatic Center, located at 14999 Dale Evans Parkway, Apple Valley, CA 92307. The scope includes: Pool Surface Restoration - Draining the pool prior to surface restoration - Mechanical or chemical removal of the existing pool surface coating - Surface preparation and repair of any structural imperfections - Application of a new pool surface finish (plaster, quartz, or pebble) per industry and manufacturer standards - Lane line tiles embedded in the pool floor - Depth marker tiles on pool walls and coping - Coping tiles around the pool perimeter - Gutter and wall tiles serving functional and decorative purposes - Removal of the existing circulation pump and motor and VFD - Installation of a new Town provided commercial-grade 25 HP pump and motor - Installation of a new Town provided VFD control panel - Mechanical and electrical integration, including alignment, sealing, and code-compliant wiring - Refilling of the pool using Town provided water source - Testing and commissioning - Performance verification at operational flow rates and pressures - Pump curves, torque readings, and vibration analysis All work must be performed with precision to ensure compliance with public pool safety standards, and must be coordinated to minimize disruption to adjacent amenities and infrastructure. The contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean and secure job site, adhering to all applicable codes, and ensuring that the finished product meets or exceeds the original construction quality.
