Fire Alarm System Replacement at Francis Farmer Apartments, College Hill Apartments, Monacatootha Apartments, Thomas Bishop Apartments, Joseph Edwards and Gordon Camp Elderly Apartments. A fifteen percent (15 %) bid bond is required for this project. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY and Section 3 Compliance are required. College Hill Apartments - 3239 4th Ave. & 33rd St., Beaver Falls. Monacatootha Apartments - 105 4th Street, Monaca, PA 15061. Thomas Bishop Apartments - 1023 Sixth Avenue, New Brighton, PA 15066. Joseph Edwards Senior Apartments - 330 Connecticut Avenue, Rochester, PA 15074. Gordon Camp Apartments - 225 Jefferson Street, Rochester, PA 15074. The Project consists of the replacement of the fire alarm system at Francis Farmer, College Hill, Monacatootha, Thomas Bishop, Joseph Edwards Elderly, and Gordon Camp Apartments. The Project includes demolishing the existing general fire alarm system that serves the common areas, offices, maintenance and utility areas and the single and double station smoke detectors in the residential units. A new general fire alarm system including smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide detectors is to be installed in the common areas, offices, maintenance and utility areas. New interconnected single and double station smoke and carbon monoxide detectors will be installed in each residential unit.
