As of August 11, 2025, project was awarded to KCS Homes dba Built, awarded amount is $799,673.22. Major renovations at the City of Renos historic California Building. Interior renovations will include expanding and renovating the kitchen, renovating the men's and women's restrooms, remodeling the building's office space, providing gender-neutral restroom, repairing water damage in the ceiling and interior walls, painting the interior, and replacing flooring. Exterior renovations will include repairing the concrete patio in the rear of the building, painting the exterior, rehabilitating the outdoor serving structure, and adding a shade structure.
