The City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department ("Parks") is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of twenty-four (24) supplemental lighting fixtures and associated components within the Switchyard Park Pavilion. All quotes must be itemized and detailed. Lump sum or non-itemized quotes will not be considered. Late submissions will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the vendor to confirm receipt prior to the deadline. Contact the Buyer for confirmation if needed. Project Objective: To enhance lighting within the Switchyard Park Pavilion by installing supplemental light fixtures and associated controls. Required Equipment and Components Lighting Fixtures: 24x Linton LCALD8W100-B60UE-D10-T40-C80-STMJ6-FR (or approved equivalent) 0 Note: Equivalent substitutions must be clearly identified with a written explanation. Equipment: Vendor will provide scissor lift or other equipment necessary for work. Control System: Crestron dimming panel to be installed in the Pavilion Office. Installation Tasks Install twenty-four (24) light fixtures in designated interior areas. Install surface-mount conduit for fixture wiring. Install new dimmer switch. Install dimming cable to all fixtures. Ensure all installed lighting is fully operational upon project completion. WORK SCHEDULE Work must be scheduled and completed during one of the following windows in 2025 2026. The selected vendor will coordinate with the Buyer to confirm the specific project timeframe: October 27 October 31, 2025 November 10 November 14, 2025 December 15 December 19, 2025 December 29 January 2, 2026 January 5 January 9, 2026 January 12 January 16, 2026 January 19 January 23, 2026 January 26 January 30, 2026 Other windows may be negotiated during contract process. Contractor may submit invoice upon completion of the project. All invoices must reference the project name and be submitted in accordance with City of Bloomington billing procedures. The award of contract is contingent upon successful negotiation of terms and formal approval by the Board of Park Commissioners.
