Digital tender documents will be provided to contractors upon payment of a non-refundable $100.00 by contacting Roy Consultants by email at the following address: secretariat-clerical@royconsultants.ca. Each bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the Regional Municipality of Tracadie. The name of the bidder and the name of the project must be clearly indicated on the envelope. Neither the lowest nor any of the bids will necessarily be accepted. Please note that if the amount of the lowest bid exceeds the maximum amount provided for this project, the municipality may cancel this call for tenders.
