The specifications will be submitted to the contractors upon payment of a non-refundable $75.00 to the Regional Municipality of Tracadie, 3267 Principale Street, Tracadie, NB, E1X 1G5. Payment is by cash, check, or money order. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond or certified check for 10% of the total bid, payable to the Regional Municipality of Tracadie. The bidder's name and the contract name must be clearly indicated on the envelope. The latest version and amendments to the "Tendering Regulations" of the Crown Construction Contracts Act (82-109) apply.
