Renovation of a library in Cozad, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of September 04, 2025, project was awarded to Frae Inc but awarded amount is not available. The City of Cozad reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive the irregularities or informalities in any bid received, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City of Cozad, at any time and under conditions stipulated in the instructions. All prices should include delivered to Cozad with no less than a 30-day warranty starting the day of delivery. Bidder will certify delivery date in the bid. The City of Cozad will receive sealed bids for a gas-fired duct heater (FUR-2), packaged compressor and condenser unit (CU-2), and an indoor, basic air-handling unit (AHU-2)
