This Contract provides for the nightly janitorial cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and storage area at Fourth Plain Commons, located at 3101 E Fourth Plain Blvd Ste 101, Vancouver, WA 98661. Contractor shall and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The City intends to award one Contract for a period of two (2) years. Engineer's Estimate - $60,000 The City of Vancouver is committed to providing equal opportunities to State of Washington certified Minority, Disadvantaged and Women's Business Enterprises in contracting activities. The City of Vancouver, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel this invitation or reject any and all bids submitted or to waive any minor formalities if the best interests of the City would be served.
