This will involve carpet only. Removal of existing Carpet and Cove Base, replace with the Carpet Spec specified in the attachment and the Cove Base specified in the attachment. Carpet Spec: Exact tiles to be identified, use 10291 Thought Modular Tiles by Patcraft-Dream 00540 Carpet Tiled laid at 90 degrees from previous tile as the basis of design as a not to exceed amount. Cove Base Spec: RWDC TA4 G 4 1/4 X 120 Contour 4 1/4" TA4 Gateway See attached spec sheet Process: Provide construction timeline and how to minimize the downtime for the city in the work area.
