Providing limited fire sprinkler upgrades throughout the Kitchen/Laundry building and Cottages B & C. Also adding sprinklers to specific areas to comply with current NFPA 13 standards. Testing all sprinkler systems to ensure the system and the piping are in good working condition and are compliant with NFPA. Also, adding closed cell spray foam insulation to the attic roof in Cottages B & C.
