Scope: The project includes bathroom renovations at the Ragland Education building. The scope includes upgrading all finishes, modifications necessary to meet current ADA standards, replacement of plumbing fixtures, lighting, receptacles, fire alarm devices, and plumbing piping that is in poor condition. The scope also includes asbestos inspection and sampling for suspect surfaces that will be disturbed as a result of demolition. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%.
