Scope of work includes site development work for proposed megapack station. The site development scope includes but not limited to: Erosion Control BMP's, clearing, stripping, stockpiling, borrow, grading (ex-cavation and compacted backfill), trench-ing, undercut, subgrade preparation, stone paving, fencing, gates, concrete equip-ment pad and site stabilization. The Bakewell Energy Storage site is located at: 1711 Spradling Road, Soddy Daisy, Ten-nessee, 37379. EPB reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Board.
