Ramsons Inc, acting as Construction Manager for the Marked Tree School District, will receive bids for trade packages for the Marked Tree School District - Elementary Addition. Bids will be received for the following trade packages: Bid Package #1: General Construction Bid Package #2: Sitework and Site Demolition Bid Package #3: Concrete Bid Package #4: Masonry Bid Package #5: Metal Building Delivered and Erected Bid Package #6: Glass and Glazing Bid Package #7: Drywall and Acoustical Ceilings Bid Package #8: Floor Covering Bid Package #9: Painting and Sheetrock Finishing Bid Package #10: Plumbing Bid Package #11: H.V.A.C. Bid Package #12: Electrical Bid Package #13: Combination of Plumbing and H.V.A.C. Bid Package #14: Combination of Plumbing, H.V.A.C. and Electrical Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bio amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty li-cense from the Arkansas Contractor's License Board before the bid proposal will be considered.
