Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project generally includes the construction of approximately 2,419 linear feet shared-use recreational trail from 12th street to Zoo Drive. Improvements also include drainage, striping, signage, conversion of a street to a share trail. Section of the path will utilize existing bridge lane that will be reconfigured to include share trail. A cashier's check payable to the order of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas or satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total of bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in bidding.
