Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Leamington, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project site is located on the north end of Lake Erie, approximately 5km east of Leamington. The site can be accessed at coordinates are: 42 00'36.5"N 82 34'23.4"W. The work under this contract includes approximately 30 m of breakwater restoration, including but not limited to: 1. Retrieving and reinstating existing armour rock. 2. Supplying and installing 400 tonnes of new armour rock. The contractor is expected to complete the work in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; second phase (Phase 2) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded.
