Blairstown Township Committee will receive sealed bids for Electrical work to furnish and install materials for an underground electrical connection to a sewage disposal system consisting of submersible electric pumps, floats, effluent filters, control panel, and high-water alarm located at 227 Route 94 Blairstown, New Jersey in accordance with specification prepared by Blairstown Township. All awards will be based on a lump sum basis. Specifications and forms of bids for the proposed work, prepared by Blairstown Township have been filed in the office of the Township Clerk, Blairstown Township Municipal Building, 106 Route 94 Blairstown New Jersey, and may be picked up by prospective bidders during business hours. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must include or be accompanied by: 1. Bid Form 2. Company Information Sheet setting forth names and addresses of all stockholders or partners who hold more than 10% or greater interest, in accordance with NJSA 52:25-24.2. 3. Non-Collusion Affidavit. 4. Complete List of Subcontractors set forth company names and addresses, owners, phone and fax numbers. 5. Bidder's Check List (BCL Form 1, 2, 3, 4). Contracts for work under Bid will obligate the Contractor and subcontractors to comply with the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, Chapter 127 - P.L. 1975 "Law Against Discrimination: and Chapter 150 (1963) "Prevailing Wages on Public Contract." Contracts will further obligate the Contractor to only use domestic materials for this project, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 52: 53-1 to 4. Bids may not be modified after submittal. Bidders may withdraw bids any time prior to bid opening. Blairstown Township Committee reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any and/or all bids, as may be deemed to be in its best interest, except as may be otherwise mandated by State Law. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder or as otherwise provided in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-37.
