Description

Site work and renovation of a museum in Blairstown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; and for site work for a museum.

The approximate major work items include: 1. The replacement of cross beams in the turbine chamber, and replacement of a corroded, non-historical arm on the turbine. 2. The renovation, repair and reconstruction of the turbine tailrace tunnel entrance headwall and wingwalls. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond and made payable to the order of Warren County Treasurer's Office, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid; provided said check or bid bond shall not exceed $20,000.00. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
