Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pacific Grove, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Pacific Grove invites sealed bids for a street improvements project along segments of Central Ave., Grand Ave. and Fountain Ave. The work consists of roadway excavation, pavement milling, grading, preparing subgrade, placing Class 2 aggregate base and asphalt concrete for street reconstruction and overlay; construction and/or reconstruction of curb, curb and gutter, cross gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches, curb ramps and planter areas; storm drainage improvements; raising/adjusting manholes, valve boxes, and utility boxes to new finished grade, striping and marking, and all other work shown on the plans. Bid Dates Notes : The outside of the envelope shall be clearly marked, "CITY OF PACIFIC GROVE, CENTRAL AVE., GRAND AVE. & FOUNTAIN AVE. STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. It is sole responsibility of the bidder to see that his or her bid is received in proper time. Any bids received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids may be rejected. Any bidder may withdraw his or her bid, either personally or by written request at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, but no bidder may withdraw his or her bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening thereof. All bids submitted shall include a completed "Proposal", which is included in the Bidder Package. Each bid must be accompanied by Cash, Cashiers' Check, Certified Check or Bidder's Bond in an amount equal to not less than 10% (ten percent) of the total amount of the bid price. The work performed under this contract must conform to requirements of the project Technical Specifications and Special Provisions, which are described in the Bidder Package. Documents Notes ; Additional charges will be imposed for mailings of plans and specifications. Plans and specifications will not be mailed until payment for materials and postage has been received. A copy of the Bidder Package is also on file at the City Clerk's office in City Hall at 300 Forest Avenue .
