The Project Includes Selective Demolition and Proper Disposal to Existing Sidewalks and New Concrete Sidewalks on Symonds Square and Pleasant Street/county Route 58. Separate Sealed Bids Will Be Received for: Contract 1 - General Construction The Town of Colton Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, or to Waive Any Informalities, or to Make an Award to Other Than the Low Bidder to the Extent Permitted by Law. It Further Reserves the Right to Limit the Amount of the Award. Attention of the Bidders is Particularly Directed to the Requirements of the Conditions of Employment to Be Observed and Minimum Nys Prevailing Wage Rates to Be Paid Under the Contract. The Town of Colton Does Not Discriminate Based on Handicapped Status in Admission or Access to, or Treatment or Employment in, Its Programs and Activities. Contractors Must Be Registered With the New York State Department of Labor.
