Renovation of a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development; and municipal facility.
The owner, Downtown Emergency Service Center, invites licensed and bonded flooring contractors in Washington State to submit their proposais for flooring removal and replacement within our multiple locations. We are seeking a qualified flooring contractor to perform all necessary work for the conversion of common area hallways, and various other spaces that may need new flooring. As part of the project scope, the selected contractor will be required to participate in an educational session facilitated by waste management professionals, likely coordinated through King County, to ensure compliance with best practices for Die removal of existing flooring materials. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for tracking and documenting project completion, including the removal, disposal, and replacement of flooring. This documentation must demonstrate adherence to best practices related to material removal and disposal. These jobs are prevailing wage. Please submit separate proposals for each site.
