The intent of this project is to supply the necessary labour, materials, equipment and qualified operators required to complete winter maintenance operations at various City owned buildings. The term of the contract shall be two (2) years commencing October 15, 2025, to April 15, 2027. Bidders must submit a firm rate for the first 2 years of the contract. At the direction of the Manager of Community Facilities, this contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional, twelve (12) month periods (October 15, 2027, to April 15, 2028, and October 15, 2028, to April 15, 2029) for a maximum of forty-eight (48) months, at the same terms and conditions. If applicable, the rate of the subsequent two (2) years of the contract will be adjusted, on an annual basis, on the anniversary date of the contract, May 1st of each year, by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) calculation. Question Deadline: Mon Jul 21, 2025 2:00:00 PM (EDT) Site Walkthrough Event Failure to attend the site meeting will disqualify your bid. Questions must be submitted through the bidding portal, "Submit a question", by the deadline indicated within the bid call document. Responses will be provided in the form of an addendum.
