Bid due date will be announced at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. The Wayne County Commission is seeking sealed bids from licensed contractors to demolish, remove, and properly dispose of all materials from eight (8) private dwellings purchased by the Wayne County Commission through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the WV Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management. The Wayne County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and may readvertise the project at the Commission's discretion.
