Project has been Rebid The 14th Street corridor project will follow the public-private model of the City’s $400 million proposal to transform Fifth Avenue with wider sidewalks, more greenery, dedicated bus lanes, and more. The DOT, NYCEDC, and the Union Square and Meatpacking District Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) will conduct a study to evaluate transformational upgrades to the pedestrian and transit rider experience along 14th Street in Manhattan. Question Response Date changed from 07/16/2025 to July 25, 2025 as per Adda 1 Fifth Avenue Corridor Public Realm. Question Deadline 07/16/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Question Response Date: July 30, 2025 . Answers to Questions Available at online. The Project Sites: Fifth Avenue between (40th St.) and (61st St.), the entire right of way for Grand Army Plaza St. between W 58th St. and E 60th St. as well as the entire right of way for 58th St. and 59th St. between Grand Army Plaza St. and 5th Ave, as more fully described in the Scope of Services (Appendix B of the Contract Draft). Anticipated Contract Execution Date: 2025 Anticipated Contract Term: Five (5) years with two (2) one-year extensions exercisable at NYCEDC's sole discretion M/WBE Participation Goal. 30% The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
