The proposed contract is for cedar tree cutting on 340 acres along the roads, fence lines boundaries fire guards and agriculture lease fields of the WMA. Work will consist of cutting only no stacking or mulching. The exact areas for cutting will be determined by ODWC area personnel. Vendor is to provide all labor and equipment to complete the work as required. All work will be done as directed by the ODWC area Biologist. No work to be conducted during the dates of April 1, 2026- November 14, 2026. Project must be completed by March 1, 2026. Contract will be awarded to one vendor. Vendor must supply all equipment listed on this contract. There will be NO bid bonds for this project. No questions will be taken by phone, all questions must be in writing, only. The requirements of the proposed contract for construction are described within this Solicitation, and the Solicitation will become a part of any resultant Contract. Bidder will perform work in compliance with all applicable codes, standards, ordinances and laws. The issuance of this Solicitation does not guarantee that the State of Oklahoma will enter into an agreement, and the State reserves the right to reject any and all bids. In submitting the bid, it is understood that the right is reserved by the State of Oklahoma to reject any and all bids, and it is agreed that this bid may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date bids are due. Work is to start within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
