**As of August 5th,2025, the project was awarded to Reece Construction Company Inc, with an awarded amount of $196,177.11.** Work shall include select demolition of pavement and canopy structure, expansion of existing parking area, installation of prefabricated bathroom facility, domestic water line, and landscaping. Work shall also include gravel building pad stub up utilities for prefabricated bathroom building. Building will be installed by others. All bidding and construction shall be performed in compliance with the Contract Documents for this project and any Addenda issued thereto, which are on file with the City of Arlington Administration Department. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond, for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, including additives and alternates, if any. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and performance bonds within the time stated in the specifications, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Arlington.
