The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Quotes, Information for Quoters, Quote Proposal, Contract, General Conditions, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, TWDB Forms and Guidance, Plans, Specifications, Addenda (if any) and Project Contracting and Compliance Provisions may be examined at the following locations: Martin, LLC. Vendor shall submit only the required contract documents with their Quote. The project consists of a materials purchase for replacement of several existing combination air valve assemblies on the Owner's distribution system and AMR meter drive by reading system equipment. No Pre-bid conference is required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Quotes, and to accept the Quote they consider most advantageous to the Owner. Quotes may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the Quotes and investigating the qualifications of Quoters prior to awarding of the contract. Award of the contract will be made as a whole to one Quoter. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible Quoter. This contract is contingent upon the release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB)
