The Corporation of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is calling for complete tenders from qualified bidders to provide all labour, equipment and materials to provide the Exterior Improvements to the North side of the Existing West Middlesex Memorial Centre, located at 334 Metcalfe Street West Street, Strathroy, ON, for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work includes; Excavation, Helical Piles for Footing Repairs, Rain Water Leader to Underground Storm Piping to Street Connections, Demolition of the Existing Concrete Stairs & Landings, New Concrete Stairs & Landings with New Metal Guardrails & Handrails, New Exterior Surfaces - Concrete Sidewalks, Asphalt, Topsoil and Sod. All work is exterior. There is no interior work required for this project.
