Work includes: - Construction of Bathrooms - 20' x 20' (Foundation and R-Panel inside and out with Brick Ledge, Stainless Steel bathroom fixtures Per Plans) - Concrete Walking Trail/Path - 11,710 SF concrete per construction plans - Parking - see construction plans - concrete material - Gazebo - 25' C Hexagon- Per Plans - Picnic Table concrete areas - 560 SF of concrete slab only - Bench concrete areas - 910 SF of concrete slab only - Pickle Ball Court - 60' x 60' - Post Tension Concrete ONLY Post (Alternative 30x30 Pickle Ball Court) - Butterfly Garden - 10' x 25' and Irrigation - Per Plans
