Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a military facility in Louisburg, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 1,900-square-foot military facility.
This project is for a complete building renovation of the 16,686 SF Louisburg Readiness Center and a 1,900 SF addition. The existing spaces and needed spaces include supply room, classroom, administrative office space, unheated and heated storage, flammable materials and HAZMAT storage, kitchen, break rooms, physical fitness, restrooms, showers, and drill hall. This project includes replacement of all building systems, plumbing, mechanical, electrical & fire alarm, demolition & replacement of all interior finishes, and demolition & replacement of many interior partition walls to accommodate a new space layout. In order to offer architectural, engineering, or landscape architectural services in response to this solicitation, the proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
