Reference number: 20082375 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-08-05 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 48 The Municipality of Adstock is requesting tenders for winter road maintenance in the Saint- Daniel sector for the years 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, as well as for a portion of the Saint- Methode sector for the years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, with a possible extension for the year 2028- 2029 for the 2 sectors. The services expected and the various administrative procedures for obtaining the contract are described in greater detail in the call for tenders document. Bids will be publicly opened immediately after the closing time for bids at the same address, before witnesses, in accordance with the Act. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability towards any of the bidders in the event that all the bids are rejected. The Municipality also does not undertake to exercise the renewal option for the additional period. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipal Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality may not be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. A 10% bid security must accompany the bid.
