The project will include subsurface drainage & installation of open ditches, earthwork & base course, new asphalt concrete roadway paving, and signage & striping. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law. Location of Work: The work is located in St. Tammany Parish, south of Covington, Louisiana, along open Right-of-Way dedicated to Charlie St, between Three Rivers Rd and 5th Ave, west of HWY 190.
