Site work for a road / highway in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of 13 speed feedback signs. The primary goal of this project is to enhance roadway safety by reducing vehicular speeds through the use of speed feedback signs. These signs alert drivers when they exceed the posted speed limit, encouraging voluntary speed compliance and increasing driver awareness. By managing vehicle speeds, the project aims to improve safety for all road users. Work to be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Contract award shall be based on the total extended bid price and shall be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to perform all, part or none of the work. Question Deadline 07/24/2025 at 5:00 PM ET If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation online.
