Project Overview MnDOT requests letters of interest for providing communication and engagement for the construction of the Highway 12 improvement project, between Shoreline Drive in Wayzata and I-494 in Minnetonka. Project Goal The goal of this project is to ensure that affected residents, businesses and commuters are continually informed of impacts before and during the project and work to lessen impacts to the extent possible through communication. Contractor will be expected to submit a draft communications and engagement plan and budget within 2 weeks of being notified of selection. Prospective, pre-qualified responders who have any questions regarding this request for letters of interest must submit questions, by e-mail, to the Contract Administrator: Gus Kamprath augustine.kamprath@state.mn.us Questions regarding this announcement must be received, via e-mail, by the Contact Administrator identified above no later than 2:00PM Central Time on 07/17/2025.
