Scope of Construction Ice Arena Rink B Refrigeration: Installation of a New Ammonia Refrigeration System and Equipment for Rink B Including Demolition and Removal of Existing System and R-22Refrigerant. Includes Refrigeration Equipment, Electrical, Hvac, Plumbing, and Structure to Support the New System Systems Would Specifically Include Installation of New Ventilation System, Pumps, compressors, and Control Panel for the System. Instructions: Each Proposal Must Have With It a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to the City of Minnetonka in the Amount of Five [5] Percent of theBid as a Guarantee the Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract With the City of Minnetonka in Accordance With the Terms of the Bid, in Case the Bidder is Awarded the Contract.
