Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Newport, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Carteret County Government is seeking competitive proposals for the preparation and concrete coating system application for Carteret County Government's Humane Society located at 853 Hibbs Road, Newport, NC 28570. The Contractor shall provide the services discussed in this scope of work with its own workforce. The Contractor may propose to subcontract portions of the work provided that their proposals clearly indicate what work they plan to subcontract and to whom and that all information required about the prime contractor is also included for each proposed subcontractor. The County reserves the right to approve and or deny all subcontractors. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor and equipment for the following service.
