No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the scheduled closing time for a period of ninety (90) days. General questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be directed to Eddie A. Ramos, Water Treatment Plant Superintendent, at 630-293-2255 or eramos@westchicago.org. Addenda will be provided in an electronic format (pdf format) via e-mail. All Bidding Document holders must provide a name, phone number and e-mail address to receive electronic addenda through online and must reply to the e-mail to indicate receipt of the addenda. Event Bid Description: All bid proposals are to be made on the forms provided and will be made a part of the contract documents to be executed with the City. Bid proposals are to be received in a sealed envelope. The envelope shall be marked: Water Treatment Plant Chemicals aEUR" 2026 DELIVERY OF CARBON DIOXIDE, and the name of the bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, to waive any informality in any bid proposal, to readvertise the proposed services, and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the City.
