This public improvement generally consists of the removal of debris from a 36' x 12IT, 3 sided, metal storage building at Pmicon Ridge Park. Address: 4732 Horeeshoe Falls Rd. Central City la. 2214. This building was destroyed by a fire in late April. Demolition/clean-up work includes: 1. Above -Slab Debris Removal: a. Steel roofing and wall siding b. Burnt/charred firewood c. Fire destroyed metal equipment and components d. Burnt interior wall framing e. Hay bales Structural Component Removals: a. 6" concrete floor w/ rebar b. Post footings w/ metal brackets, approximately 45 (18"-24" dla. 4--51 deep) c. 6" concrete approach pad Final Site Condition: a. Fill and compact all posts holes/trench b. Grade and level site utilizing existing rock on site
