Notice is hereby given that bids are being solicited by the County of Placer to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, tax, and services necessary for the Kings beach benefit assessment district facility maintenance project The work consists generally of facility maintenance, repairs, & upgrades within the Kings Beach Benefit Assessment District located along the frontage of the Kings Beach Commercial Core District on North Lake Blvd/SR 28 along with other items and details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, specifications or the Special Provisions. The number of working days for this project is 14. The scope of the work is to: 1. Remove, replace & reset 700 SF of new & existing concrete pavers. 2. Remove damaged snow poles & hardware & install (62) new County supplied snow pole markers. 3. Remove, cleanup & off haul (10) yards of sand & debris from landscaped areas. 4. Install (2) new County supplied bike racks at top of barrier curb. 5. The Contractor will be responsible for traffic control & access for pedestrians & bikes. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the scope of work, terms, conditions, and requirements contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments. Construction License: The successful bidder must possess at all times, at minimum, a valid California Class B license or a C27 Landscaping licenses which constitutes a majority of the work.
