**As of August 11th, 2025, the project was awarded to Leone & Keeble, Inc, with an awarded amount of $556,484.45** Project consists of, but is not limited to, demolition, tenant improvements including HVAC and electrical modifications as needed, and other related work, all in accordance with the Contract Provisions and Plans. However, this will be the last opportunity before bids are due! If bidders &/or subcontractors are interested, please email Project Manager, Glenn Ritter at gritter@spokanevalleywa.gov no later than 5:00 PM tomorrow (7/3) with your available days/times to join on one more visit next Monday or Tuesday only. Requests for clarification/questions during bidding - Use the form in bid docs to submit all written questions at least THREE business days preceding the bid opening. Addendum #1 will correct the bid documents from ONE day to THREE days. No oral representations or answers shall be considered valid. ONLY written via addenda!
