This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation ("SaskPower") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the LN-I3P to Denison - 138kv - New as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the " Work"). SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan. This project is required to interconnect the Denison Mine facility to the Far North system. The project includes construction of a new 138kV line from the existing I3P line to the customer site. This project is required to interconnect the Denison Mine facility to the existing I3P 138kv line via construction of a new 138kv tap. The proposed newly constructed line is approximately 6.1 km of 138kV transmission line consisting of 138kV single circuit T62 series self-weathering guyed-Y structures with single Hawk conductor. The new line will begin from the existing structure #975 of the I3P 138kV line and end at the customer sub-station.
