The work is to be completed within Fifty-five (55) working days. The Contractor shall pay to the City of Hayward the sum of $250.00 per day in excess of the number of working days prescribed above, for each and every calendar day's delay in finishing the work. See details in the Special Provisions. At the time this contract is awarded, the Contractor shall possess either a Class A license or a combination of any of the following license classifications which constitute a majority of the work: C-8.
