GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION: The Project consists of providing construction area signs; providing and implementing a traffic control plan; providing and implementing stormwater pollution prevention plan; constructing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, and driveways; modifying drainage structures; removal and replacement of existing bridge; underground utility work; pavement reconstruction; slurry seal resurfacing; installing striping, pavement markings, and signing; installation of street lights; and cleaning of the site at the end of the job. ALLOTTED TIME FOR COMPLETION: 300 working days. DBE SUBCONTRACTING GOAL: Twenty-one (21) percent to DBE firm(s). Submit the DBE Commitment form with the Bid.
