Winton Ave, Building 9 Hayward, CA 94545 The Office of the Area 2 Coordinator, State of California Military Department, located at Bldg 950 6 th Street, Dublin, CA 94568 will accept proposals from qualified bidders offering to provide all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, insurance, permits, transportation and supervision to replace the gate operator and keypad at the Hayward Armory . Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, insurance, permits, transportation, and supervision to replace the gate operator and keypad at the Hayward Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). REQUIREMENTS: a. Replace gate operator with Max-Rhino 5500 slide gate operator. b. Install new magnet sensor limits. c. Install new photo beam with hood. d. Install new Miller Edge with channel. e. Install new Miller Edge kit receiver/transmitters. f. Plug in loop detectors. g. Install new Doorking 1834 hand free surface mount. h. Install all misc required parts in order to get the gate properly functioning per gate operator specifications. i. Run function test and make sure the gate is running properly per the gate operator specifications. j. Provide all manuals that come with the gate operator and keypad. k. Clean up and remove all debris from the work site that accumulated from the gate operator install. The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-28 - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices license, or subcontract to one.
