Bids will be received for the proposed work which generally consists of purchasing and installing new playground equipment at Bakken Park, 4064 Vilas Road, Cottage Grove and poured-in-place rubber surface as shown in proposed the rendered images and technical specifications. The approximate area for the playground is 15,500 square feet. Performance and Payment Bonds for the full contract amount shall be required from the successful Bidder. Miracle League of Dane County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
