Site work for a water / sewer project in Dublin, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of bank stabilization of eight stream sites within the City of Dublin using clearing and grading activities, stream bank reshaping and stabilization, riprap, natural material, and erosion protection matting installation, installation of temporary sediment controls, permanent stabilization of disturbed areas, and riparian buffer zone plantings to enhance channel stability. The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid--and bidders shall hold bids open--until sixty days after the bid opening. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed by May 1, 2026. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Payment of Prevailing Wage is required for this Project. The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid.
